HOW TO SOLVE CONNECTION PROBLEMS WITH THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE

If you are having connection problems with your Google play store, you are at the right place to find a solution. This can occur due to many reasons but most of the reasons have a common solution so i will give the steps on solving the main reasons why the play store won't connect.
  •  After you downloaded and deleted an app  (the freedom app).
To solve this follow the steps bellow;
1. Download the Lucky patcher app.
2. After the download install and open it NOTE: mark the install from unknown source in your device settings
3. if you have root access you will be asked to grant root access so click the grant button.
4. On the menu bar found at the bottom of the app click on toolbox
5. On the next page click block adds and a drop down menu will appear and in that menu click on restore file hosts and that should do it.
Go back to the play store and open the app again and if the procedure is well followed the app should open fine. 


  • When the storage for cache files of the play store and Google play services are almost exhausted
This can be solved by clearing the cache of both the play store app and the Google play services. Clearing the cache can be done in two ways which are through settings>apps>click on the play store app>clear cache and >force stop. This applies to the Google play services app.
The other way is to clear the cache partition from the recovery mode. The recovery mode can be accessed by some key combinations.(the vol- + power button and the home button all at once) for Samsung devices
NOTE: key combinations are different for every device so find out your combination and use that to enter the recovery mode. Or you can use apps such as;
Flashify or Quick boot if you have root access.
When in the recovery mode scroll between options by using the volume down or up keys and select with the power button less of cause you have a custom recovery like  TWRP which has touch responsive interface. Locate the clear cache partition which won't have any effect on your personal data. After its done select the reboot system and open the play store after the boot is finished and if the procedure is well followed it should open as it is supposed to.
These are the main ways to solve connection problems with the Goggle play store and if the above steps do not work then i recommend you back up all your files and data then do a factory reset. This should be the last option after all the methods fail.
